The IBR platform is the only digester built for small-to-medium scale distributed applications.
IBR Advantages
1. The IBR was designed for small family farms with little capital resources. We have found no credible digestive system with a comparable or lower capital or operational cost.
2. The IBR Digestive System Requires 15 to 30 Minutes of Monitoring per Day; many systems operate with no monitoring for months (not recommended).
3. The IBR digester can scale up or down as needs change.
4. The IBR paired with the Turbo Separator provides near complete inert contaminant removal.
5. After startup, the IBR requires minimal process water input, system is a net exporter of water.
6. The IBR digesters produce a high BTU biogas.
7. The IBR digesters are compact well-suited for synergistic co-location.

Compared to conventional systems that have a high parasitic energy demand, require a large footprint, and produce a low-grade soil amendment, the IBR has a much lower capital and operational cost, can accept a relatively high percentage of inorganic contamination, produces the highest-grade soil amendments, and produces a higher BTU biogas.
